We do not believe in this and have chosen not to mark up materials, by offering our clients a direct and transparent pricing model. We even go one step further by allowing our clients to purchase materials using our builder discount. This means that our clients can benefit from the discounts and deals typically available to builders only, resulting in cost savings on materials. By facilitating this, we help our clients manage their project costs efficiently.
Dedicated Project Manager & 1 Point of Contact:
We have one dedicated project manager to oversee each project who visits the job site daily, ensuring consistent supervision. Having a single point of contact streamlines communication for our clients. This means that our clients do not have to deal with multiple individuals but can rely on one person who is familiar with the project's progress. This streamlined communication enhances efficiency and ensures that any concerns or updates are addressed promptly.
Continuous Work from Start to Completion:

Initiate the process by requesting a free estimate on our website and providing necessary information for us to reach out. Expect a response within 24 hours, during which we will schedule a Home Visit appointment at your convenience. If our initial options don’t align with your schedule, feel free to propose a suitable date and time. We'll make every effort to accommodate your preference.
The purpose of the Home Visit is to meet each other in person and establish mutual understanding. During this meeting, which typically lasts 30-60 minutes based on the project's scale, we delve into your plans, preferences, timeline, and budget. Detailed measurements are taken at this stage to ensure accuracy.
Within one week of the Home Visit, we'll send you a comprehensive written proposal detailing the scope of work and associated costs. Your timely feedback is crucial to facilitate prompt adjustments according to your requirements.
Upon reviewing our proposal, you have the flexibility to modify the scope of work. We engage in close communication to fine-tune the details of the proposal together. In case the total cost of our initial proposal exceeds your budget, we would consult with you and propose new tailored solutions to reduce the cost and meet your needs.
Once an agreement is reached, we prepare the final contract outlining the complete scope of work, costs, and agreed-upon timeframe. We'll arrange a visit for both parties to sign the contract, providing you with a copy for your records.
You will meet with our Design professionals at our vendors who will fully assist you with your material selection to reflect your aspirations and bring your vision to life.
